I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to you in order to express my concern and deep dissatisfaction regarding an unfortunate experience I had at your establishment recently.
My family and I stayed at your hotel during our trip to South Carolina. Unfortunately, during our visit to the breakfast area on [11/25/23 08:20 am], we encountered an extremely unpleasant situation. While my wife was picking up food for us, the person in charge of breakfast service, who she would describe as a dark-haired lady, addressed us in an inappropriate and unprofessional manner.
This hotel employee rudely accosted us, implying that we were consuming an excessive amount of breakfast food, suggesting that we should eat elsewhere, and making us feel uncomfortable in front of other guests present at the time. This behavior was not only unacceptable but also humiliating to my wife and her entire family.
We understand the importance of maintaining a respectful and welcoming environment for all guests, and we are very disappointed that this situation has marred our stay at your hotel. As regular Holiday Inn Express customers, we expected a level of service and courtesy that was unfortunately not met on this occasion.
Our purpose in sharing this experience is not only to express our dissatisfaction, but also to highlight the need to address this type of behavior among staff at your establishment. We trust that they will take appropriate steps to address this matter and ensure that other guests do not face a similar situation in the future.

Breakfast was delicious worth waking up to get some. Staff at front desk for morning and night were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Restroom were also clean as well. Bed in room was super comfortable, pillows were just right. Felt like I was on cloud 9. A Definite 2 up.
It was 1am and I had just driven 11 hrs straight. I was exhausted and this was the first place I arrived. The night attendant was absolutely amazing and very accommodating! They were booked full but she went the extra mile and searched around and found a room that was just cancelled. She made sure that I was very well taken care of. Thank you so much for the great friendly service provided!
Barbara was great. She was very attentive to the food bar and a pleasure to talk with. More staff need to follow her example at other Holiday Inn's. We only stay at Holiday Inn when traveling and the others are not attentive like Barbara was. She is a valued employee.
